Cardamon Resto


5 days ago, me and my friends were recommended by a friend to eat at Cardamon. Before we decided to go, we had had collected info from some websites. "Eat all you can!" That's the motto of Cardamon.

When we got there, there was no enough space for us so we had to wait before we got to be seated. We took a walk while we were waiting. A few minutes later they called us by phone.

When we went inside was when we figured that they did not have that many choices of food. There were sushi, kinds of rendang, cow ribs, beef teppan, cap cay, sapo tahu, spicy chicken, corn crab soup, salad, 4 types of juice, and dessert. Because we didn't know what was on the menu besides the food that was already provided on the table, we asked a waitress for the menu. The waitress said that there was no menu. Thankfully, my friend had already read an article in some websites so he knew what food we could order there. We ordered dim sum, buntut fried rice, goat fried rice, fried noodles, and last was ice cream. All those food tasted okay; nothing special. The dishes tasted like there was too much MSG in them that made us thirsty the whole time we were eating. Well, I couldn't really say what the dim sum tasted like since we ordered it several times but it never came to our table. Overall, the service was horrible. For the second time we ordered fried rice, a waiter mistook our order of buntut fried rice for the goat one. The long wait and then the mistaken order delivery. Not long before we finished, a waiter came to us and said that by 5 pm we had to leave since our seats were booked by another party. I was surprised when he told me that since they didn't warn us about it previously. The prices were 77k++ for food and 22k++ for drinks. 30% off applied if paid using BCA credit cards.

Considering the bad services, just-okay taste, and the pretty high price, me and my friends agreed that we would definitely not be going to Cardamon ever again.

Hello.. I'm Lusi..

I eat at Cardamon Resto once and I definitely will never go to this restaurant again. I am so disappointed with their services. And the food's taste are not so special (if you compare to the price). Besides that, the variation of the food are so little.

So whatever the manager's have said, I would never ever go to that restaurant again.
